What age does my child need to be to join North River?
Our core day program is for children 30 months – 5 years of age.
Our preschool / after care program for children 3 – 5 years old: children must turn 3 before December 31 of that year.
What programs does North River offer?
Alderwood North River offers a core day program, running 8:00 – 3:30 M-F.
We offer an after care program, currently running 3:30 – 6:00 M-F.
We offer unlicensed recreational summer day camp programs for school aged children (K-4). Summer daycamp registrations typically occur March/April each year.
Families can register full time, or part time (M/T, Th/F, M/T/W or W/Th/F).
Both programs are fully licensed child care programs. We accept ACCB as well as participate in the child care fee reduction initiative. We offer limited fee subsidies to low income families – please ask us for more information when you complete your ACCB application!
